If you’re like me, you have problems with all kinds of chronic pain – from your lower back, to your feet, and even headaches and muscle pains and everything in between. Getting older isn’t fun! There’s a lot of people like me who got these problems at an even earlier age, and with time things just seem to be getting worse with no end in sight. There are so many activities I wish I could do that I no longer can. Even running to stay in shape seems like more than a chore, almost like a real punishment. It has impacted my life in ways I never thought it would, even just relaxing at home after a long day at work seems impossible.
I tried going to all kinds of places, from my doctor to places you’d think they would have found some answers – chiropractors, massage therapists, and even acupuncture! The thought of all those needles sticking in me didn’t stop me from trying every solution I could find. Unfortunately, and I think most people have the same result, I couldn’t get anything to work. Talk about frustration.
But then, I gave these new things a friend told me about a try.
These Insoles, things you slip inside your shoe, changed everything! It seems like a weird thing to try out, but the way they were explained to me finally made sense. Everything comes from your posture and how you align your body, back, legs, and feet. If those parts aren’t in the right positions things get out of whack so easily. Forget slouching while sitting down, I was always walking in a way that didn’t do my back any good.
My buddy had tried them out and swore by them. They looked strange, I never slipped anything in my shoe like this before, but he was insistent on giving them a go. What a difference! I could feel immediately (as you can imagine) how different things felt. He told me that a lot of places in the world know about this kind of stuff, and our side of the world has some catching up to do.
The secret is in the specific alignment of the prongs, which target key acupressure points in the feet. He also noticed there were magnets strategically placed around the insole. A local merchant he met when traveling explained that by placing the magnets improve blood flow in underlying tissue and relieve the everyday stress that is placed on the body.
He wore them all around Asia and was amazed at the transformation he experienced. He felt like he had more energy, a clearer mind, and better posture.
Luckily for me, he had even brought back a second pair. After everything else I had tried over the years, I’d be lying if I said I wasn’t skeptical. In fact, I pretty much dismissed this “ancient secret” right off the bat. I took them home (mostly to be nice to him) with the intention of letting them collect dust in the back of my closet.
However, the following day as I was getting dressed, I saw them sitting on the floor and decided, “what the heck.” I had nothing to lose except (hopefully) my back pain, and I figured this would be better than having to pay hundreds for expensive orthotics which would make me walk funny for months. So, I slipped them into my sneakers and headed out the door.
I am happy to share that 3 months after being introduced to this strange acupressure insole, I am no longer complaining about everyday back pain and headaches that has plagued me for the majority of my adulthood. My wife and I are in regular Salsa dance classes, and I am even getting out on the blacktop with my colleagues for basketball 2x per week. I went from miserable to relieved, all because I was lucky and my friend brought me a pair of these insoles. I finally have the time to live my life the way I want.
I recently found a company that started selling them online, and I decided to buy a 5-pack for my friends and family. I’d been getting non-stop comments on my extra energy, improved posture, and my healthier appearance so I thought, “why not show them my secret?” The best thing is that these insoles have customizable sizing and fit both men and women so all my family members can use them! They were such a steal at only $38.99 USD, and it didn’t require me to make another costly visit to the podiatrist and waste hundreds of dollars on special orthotics again.
Last time I checked they were running low on stock. I would check here and see if they still have any available. If they do, I strongly suggest buying a few pairs at least! If they work, please let me know in the comments below.
