It took a few centuries, but Canada is finally allowing sorcery again. In June 2017, an updated justice bill was submitted for approval that seeks to lift prohibitions on things that are no longer relevant to 21st century citizens, like dueling, practicing witchcraft, or mocking religion (possibly tasteless, but free speech is free speech).
